PRE-INSTALLATION

We are committed to offering the highest quality product available on the market. 
If problems arise, please contact us immediately. If there are no problems with the hair within the first two weeks, it can be assumed that the hair is fine. If problems arise after two weeks, the problem does not lie in the hair or workmanship. Please feel free to contact us and we will try to help you resolve your issue.


INSTALLATION

Never cut any part of the wefts. These wefts are delicate. If they are cut, then we cannot guarantee that they will not shed.
Never sew through the top of the weft. Placing a needle through the weft will damage the wefts and may cause shedding.

If the hair feels a little tangled for any reason, before taking off the wrapper then you should use PANTENE CONDITIONER.

Routine Maintenance

  • NEVER USE SHAMPOO ON THE HAIR!

  • USE PANTENE PRODUCTS ONLY 

Helpful Tips:

  • Although our hair extensions are real, it is not receiving nutrients from the scalp like your own hair. Heat is your hair extensions biggest enemy. The more you use on it, the shorter the life span of your hair. We cannot guarantee that the hair will remain silky if you use the blow dry, flat iron, or curling iron.

  • At bedtime, we highly recommend that you control the hair --braid, wrap or ponytail your hair together to prevent tangling. This will save time that would be spent untangling the hair the next morning.

  • When shampooing the hair, always shampoo it stroking in a downward motion. Use your fingers in a horizontal motion between wefts to clean your scalp. When rinsing, do the same to be sure that all the shampoo and conditioner residues are shampooed out.

  • If you perm, tint, bleach or cellophane the hair, you do it at your own risk. We do not guarantee any hair that has been chemically altered. If you must chemically alter it, then be sure to do a test strand first. This will allow you to test how the hair will withstand chemical application.

How will I be paid?

We normally send payments via Paypal, but we can make accomodations for you, please contact us.

How much will I be paid?

You will be paid 10% of the total order paid - shipping & extra customizations (color packages, custom hairlines, etc).   

When will I be paid?

You are paid monthly, once your account threshold reaches $25.

 What if I don't get $25?

No worries! Your payment will be processed at the end of the year, regardless of the amount.  

Can I just receive a one-time payment before I post?

Typically, our policy with accounts under 100k genuine followers is to not send products/payments. Sorry for any inconvenience.  

How will you know that I have sold anything?

We track everything through the number of times your discount code was used. You can also view this information on your affiliate dashboard. :)

POSTING

What should I post/How should I get started?

1. Post a picture of one of our products on Instagram or Facebook. You can go to our website and find a picture.

2. Tag @infinandco in your post

3. Include your unique discount code.

Can you send me pictures to post?

There are plenty of photos on the website that you can use! However, if you need some inspiration, take a look at what other Instagrammers have posted for us. Also, you can email us for help finding pictures at contact@infinandco.com

I usually only post new content that I have created. How can I reconcile this with posting content from your site?

That is totally fine. We hear this a lot from our Instagrammers, and you should feel free to purchase a product from the shop using the discount code that we provided you with.
